Our Approach

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based approach to treating depression, anxiety, and many other mood disorders. Using this therapy, individuals review and evaluate their thoughts related to their behaviors and work towards changing and improving their thought process for more positive outcomes.

  • Interpersonal therapy focuses on improving mood and functioning by focusing on current relationships and relationship challenges, life changes, and aims to improve interpersonal functioning.

  • Brief solution focused therapy is aimed at collaborative problem solving, and focus on a solution to current life stressors with less focus on past life events.

  • Perinatal and Postpartum therapy focuses on the struggles parents face during and after pregnancy or after perinatal loss.
